Payments for HanziLens Pro are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with HanziLens Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We grant these no-questions-asked for first-time subscribers.
How to request a refund
Email hanzilens@modiprompt.pro with the email address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. We’ll confirm and process the refund through Paddle, typically within a few business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund of the current period unless you’re within the 14-day window above.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we’ll do our best to make it right.
